We operate micro-expeditions with a maximum of 12 guests, designed for curious, intelligent travellers who value access, depth, and sustainability. As we expand our product portfolio and global reach, we are looking for a highly organised and visually astute Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our next phase of growth.

The Role
This is a remote, hands-on role within a small and ambitious marketing team. You will support digital marketing activity across product launches, campaigns, content management, and brand collateral.
You’ll need to be proactive, detail-focused, creatively confident, and comfortable managing your own workload. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and the opportunity for growth is significant.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will play a key supporting role across:
1. Website Maintenance
Populate and update content pages
Support website content (copy and media) uploads and accuracy checks
Maintain clear, consistent messaging across product listings
2. Media & Asset Management
Manage and organise the media library (Pics.io)
Ensure all images are correctly named, tagged, credited, and stored
Maintain strict accuracy when sourcing imagery (locations, wildlife, historical figures)
Support content preparation for campaigns and PR
3. Product Marketing Support
Help prepare and update expedition brochures and sales materials
Assist with new expedition launches and website updates
Organise images, copy, and key product details for accuracy
Support seasonal campaigns and marketing assets
Keep product information consistent across all channels
4. Design & Creative Support
Create marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite for both digital use and print
Edit and format brochures following brand templates and guidelines
Prepare graphics for newsletters, website, and print
Maintain visual consistency and high aesthetic standards
5. Campaign & Digital Marketing Assistance
Schedule newsletters and support lead nurturing flows
Assist with campaign execution
Share content with partners
Support PR agency requests
Organise marketing workflows and internal documentation
Who You Are
Highly organised and detail-driven
Calm and methodical with detail-heavy tasks
Visually aware with a strong aesthetic eye
Willing to study brand and tone of voice guidelines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Adaptable and eager to learn
Genuinely interested in sustainability and low-impact travel
Curious about polar regions and expedition travel
You don’t need polar experience — but you must be able to quickly understand complex products and communicate them clearly.
Non-Negotiables
1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or digital role (internships considered)
Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and implementation
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Remote working discipline and strong time management
Experience in luxury travel or expedition cruising
Nice to Have
Experience working with premium or high-net-worth (HNW) audiences
Understanding of performance marketing or CRM systems (We use Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation)
