Destinations
Shoot the snow-blanketed landscape waking from its wintery slumber in the early season. Capture one-in-a-million footage of the archipelago’s famous wildlife under summertime’s magical midnight sun.
Greenland is on a scale that defies the belief of anyone with a camera in-hand. How do you capture the largest island on Earth, its fairytale fjords, its skyscraper-sized icebergs, in the frame? How do you film the fleeting, otherworldly northern lights? The ultimate challenge gives the ultimate reward.
Set course for South Georgia and film the resident wildlife of one of the most ecologically varied and abundant places on the planet. The natural spectacle here is a documentarian’s dream, from 100,000-strong king penguin colonies to gargantuan elephant seals and majestic whales. The island’s mountainous scenery frames it all sublimely.
The White Continent at the end of the Earth. The least documented place on the planet. Home to great colonies of penguins, a resurgent whale population, and absolutely no humans. Filming here is a privilege – and a challenge. We have the logistical know-how and the local knowledge to bring your project to life.
What we do
We have a fleet of ice-strengthened, go-anywhere expedition yachts to choose from. They are strong and agile, getting camera crews through the ice to the remotest reaches, where less contrived wildlife encounters and untouched landscapes await. They are small and nimble but boast ample room for gear storage. They come fully crewed, too.
