Meetings and incentives
Forget the conference centre. Host your event in a location that inspires.
We help professionals create and host unforgettable meetings, incentives, conferences, corporate retreats and team building events, conferences, and exhibitions in the wildest, most inspiring places on Earth: the polar regions, the Arctic and Antarctica.
Our expedition-style yachts are unique floating venues for offsite meetings and executive retreats, rewards for top-performing employees, brand activations and product launches, networking events, alumni reunions, and academic gatherings. With groups limited to just 12-42 guests, every expedition remains completely private, focused, and deeply personal.
A ‘thank you’ that leaves a lasting impact.
Make your company a place the talent wants to be. An Expedition Micro Cruise is a memorable way to show real appreciation for a job well done.
Incentive travel recognises hard work with more than just words. It's a thoughtfully planned journey that rewards individuals or teams, designed to motivate employees and business partners through meaningful experiences rather than traditional recognition.
These aren't your typical corporate trips. Bring your people together in environments where team-building happens naturally - navigating Arctic ice, spotting whales together, or stepping onto untouched Antarctic shores builds real camaraderie and shared purpose. The results often last far beyond the trip: renewed motivation, stronger leadership, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Engage and inspire far beyond traditional settings
Embrace a one-of-a-kind environment for a range of corporate events from executive retreats and board meetings to sales conferences, conventions, and product launches.
Set in locations unlike anything else, these experiences strike the perfect balance between productivity and enjoyment.
What are the top destinations for yacht charters tailored to meetings, incentives, and corporate events?
Simply put, we go wherever you need us to go.
At Secret Atlas, we’re hardened by adventure in the remotest destinations on Earth: the polar regions, the Arctic and Antarctica. These are the environments we love to explore and the lands we believe your team will find the most inspiring.
But, wherever your inspiration takes you, we’ll take you there.
How many guests can join an expedition?
Our expeditions are designed for intimate, high-impact experiences. We pioneered the concept of the Expedition Micro Cruise - small-group voyages built for authenticity, connection, and transformation. This is the opposite of mass-market cruising: it's travel for organisations that value depth over scale.
We cater to groups of 12-42 guests, depending on the vessel and destination. With a maximum of just 42 guests on our largest vessel, your event remains exclusive and focused. Every guest has direct access to guides, wildlife experts, and leadership facilitators. There are no crowds, no competing groups - just your team and the wilderness.
Our favourite destinations
Home to great colonies of penguins, a resurgent whale population, and absolutely no humans, Antarctica is the much-mythologised continent at the ends of the Earth. It’s a place where teams are made, and the impossible becomes possible.
Host your event in Europe’s last great wilderness, home to polar bears, walruses, seals, and so much more, backed by a fresh blanket of snow in the spring, a cacophony of life and light in the summer.
A stage on a scale that defies belief, the largest island on the planet provides a natural amphitheatre to add gravitas, drama, and beauty to your event.
Unbreakable bonds are formed and minds are transformed in this remote sanctuary of nature. Adrift in the South Atlantic, the ‘Galapagos of the South’ offers the very definition of ‘getting away from it all’ for you and your team.
