Meetings and incentives
Forget the conference centre. Host your event in a location that inspires.
We help professionals host unforgettable meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions in the wildest, most inspiring places on Earth: the polar regions.
Our expedition-style yachts are unique and flexible venues for offsite meetings and executive retreats, rewards for top-performing employees and incentive excursions, not to mention brand activations and product launches, networking events, alumni reunions, fundraising galas, and academic retreats.
A ‘thank you’ that leaves a lasting impact.
Make your company a place the talent wants to be. An Expedition Micro Cruise is a memorable way to show real appreciation for a job well done.
What is incentive travel?
Incentive travel recognises hard work with more than just words. It’s a thoughtfully planned trip that rewards individuals or teams, designed to motivate and incentive employees and business partners.
Bring your people together and build stronger teams by getting out of the office for meaningful experiences to help boost motivation, productivity, and well-being. These trips can strengthen client relationships, improve your brand image, and create lasting memories that make people feel truly connected to your business.
Engage and inspire far beyond traditional settings
Embrace a one-of-a-kind environment for a range of corporate events from executive retreats and board meetings to sales conferences, conventions, and product launches.
Set in locations unlike anything else, these experiences strike the perfect balance between productivity and enjoyment.
What are the top destinations for yacht charters tailored to meetings, incentives, and corporate events?
Simply put, we go wherever you need us to go.
At Secret Atlas, we’re hardened by adventure in the remotest destinations on Earth: the polar regions. These are the environments we love to explore and the lands we believe your team will find the most inspiring.
But, wherever your inspiration takes you, we’ll take you there.
How many guests can join an expedition?
Our expeditions are designed for intimate, high-impact experiences. We cater to small groups of 12 to 36 guests, depending on the vessel and destination. This allows for a more personal, immersive, and flexible adventure.
Our favourite destinations
Host your event in Europe’s last great wilderness, home to polar bears, walruses, seals, and so much more, backed by a fresh blanket of snow in the spring, a cacophony of life and light in the summer.
A stage on a scale that defies belief, the largest island on the planet provides a natural amphitheatre to add gravitas, drama, and beauty to your event.
Unbreakable bonds are formed and minds are transformed in this remote sanctuary of nature. Adrift in the South Atlantic, the ‘Galapagos of the South’ offers the very definition of ‘getting away from it all’ for you and your team.
Home to great colonies of penguins, a resurgent whale population, and absolutely no humans, Antarctica is the much-mythologised continent at the ends of the Earth. It’s a place where teams are made, and the impossible becomes possible.

The possibilities are endless! While we’ve highlighted some of our favourite destinations, we also offer incredible journeys to places like northern Norway, Scotland, the Falklands, and the Chilean fjords.

Choosing the right ship for you
If there is a different kind of vessel you are looking for, we can source a ship that best suits your event.
We have the experience
Our decades of collaborative expedition-planning experience mean we know the logistical considerations when plotting all manner of events in the toughest – but ultimately most rewarding – environments on Earth.
We will help with all the dos and don’ts, rules and regs, permits and pathways, letting you get on with the important stuff: the details of your event.
When it comes to local knowledge, we have assembled a formidable network of expedition leaders, local guides, and subject matter specialists who can assist you during the planning stage and accompany you during the event itself. We know the right people to pick for a successful event that meets all your professional goals.

We cater to a range of events, including executive retreats, incentive travel, team-building expeditions, leadership summits, and small conferences. Our Expedition Micro Cruises offer a unique and memorable setting for corporate groups.
What group sizes can Secret Atlas accommodate?
Our ships are ideal for small, intimate groups, offering a more personal and immersive experience. Depending on the vessel, we can accommodate anywhere from just a few guests up to 36.
Our smallest ships are designed for groups of up to 12, making them ideal for private leadership retreats, high-level incentives, or focused team gatherings.
What are the cabin configurations?
Cabin layouts vary depending on the ship you choose, but we offer a mix of single cabins, double cabins, and twin cabins with separate beds. Whether your guests prefer privacy or are happy to share, we can tailor the accommodation to suit your group’s needs.
Can all guests have single cabins?
Yes, we can absolutely arrange that for you! To accommodate single cabins for every guest, we may need to use a slightly larger ship, but we’ll work with you to find the best fit for your group’s needs and comfort.
Is there internet access on board?
Yes, we keep you connected. Satellite broadband connection (Starlink) is reliable and fitted to all of our ships.
Are onboard meeting facilities available?
While our ships are designed for exploration rather than traditional conference setups, we can provide quiet spaces for briefings, workshops, and presentations, along with AV support where needed.
Can you customise the itinerary for our group?
Absolutely. We offer fully tailored itineraries to suit your objectives, whether you're focusing on adventure, wildlife, photography, leadership training, or relaxation.
What kind of team-building or leadership activities can you offer?
Expedition activities themselves are a powerful team-building experience of shared discovery. We can also tailor sessions led by expedition leaders, naturalists, or guest experts to align with your goals.
Can branding or corporate identity be incorporated onboard?
Yes, we can work with you to incorporate your company’s branding into printed materials, welcome packages and digital presentations onboard.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance to secure your preferred dates.
How many days is an expedition?
We recommend an expedition lasting 8–10 days to fully experience the destination. However, longer expeditions are also available. If you’re looking for a shorter adventure or are limited on time, we offer a 4-day minimum charter.
How much travel time should we plan for?
Some destinations do require more travel time than others, so we always recommend arriving at your departure point at least one day in advance to allow for any unexpected delays.
We travel to these destinations regularly and are happy to provide all the information and support you need to make your travel arrangements smooth and stress-free.
