Passion
I’m always up for a challenge and love pushing myself outside my comfort zone – whether it’s skiing, sailing, playing hockey, or learning something new like windsurfing or kitesurfing. For me, being outdoors isn’t just about adventure; it’s a way to reset, clear the mind, and stay positive. It’s something I try to pass on to my family, too – whether it’s a bike ride, a tree-climbing competition, or just being outdoors together, we’re always up for the next adventure!
Habitat
You’ll usually find me juggling life between running after my two little girls, Olivia and Amelie, and running my PR agency in London – both of which I absolutely love. While I have many happy places, the ones that mean the most are where family is – whether it’s at home in London, soaking up the Somerset countryside with my family, or spending time in France with my husband’s family.

My most transformative travel experience
I’ve been fortunate to have some incredible travel experiences through both work and my love for adventure, but one that really stands out is my time in the Cook Islands. It was there I took my first dive along the coral reefs. Experiencing the warm Polynesian culture and the island traditions was an unforgettable experience.
My exploration inspiration
I’ve loved reading stories about Amelia Earhart to my children. Her fearless spirit and determination to break barriers in a male-dominated world are truly inspiring. She never let anything hold her back, and her belief that “You can do anything you decide to do” is a message that resonates just as powerfully today. Her story isn’t just about adventure – it’s about courage, resilience, and believing in yourself, something I hope to pass on to my children.
My dream adventure
Our next holiday will be spent sailing around the South of France with my husband and two children. Travel is a huge part of our lives, and at the top of our family’s must-do list is experiencing a safari – especially for the incredible wildlife.
