"In these icy reaches, there lies a realm of grandeur and silence. The fjords twist and turn with a beauty both harsh and serene, where ice and rock are carved by ages of solitude."

— William Scoresby, 19th-century Arctic explorer

Immerse yourself in the life-changing landscape of Greenland. Its beauty and sheer vastness will challenge your perceptions, and there are monumental surprises around every twist in every fjord. This is nature at its wildest, unlimited in its almost otherworldly wonder.

Greenland in a nutshell

Scoresbysund, the biggest fjord system on the planet, and the Northeast Greenland National Park, the largest national park on the planet, set out Greenland’s stall as anything but shy and retiring.

These are the places we love to explore when we visit Greenland: unseen worlds of mazy fjords, mammoth icebergs, and creaking, calving glaciers.

The planet’s largest island boasts scenery on a scale you won’t find anywhere else – football stadium-sized icebergs drift down untouched, unending fjords, past granite peaks that seem to reach the ceiling of the sky.

With the midnight sun or northern lights overhead, and animals like the characterful musk ox drawing your eyes back to terra firma, this is an unfathomably vast land spilling over with life and beauty and wonder.
