Passion
I’m really inspired by the whole process of expedition operations. It’s this incredible teamwork where people build a bridge between remote wilderness and those who want to step out of their comfort zone and explore the world’s last wild places.
Habitat
I’m happiest when I’m outdoors, watching the ever-changing beauty of nature. Just being outside, one-one-one with it, makes me feel alive.

My most transformative travel experience
Too many. But my heart belongs to the polar regions and these trips are always the most memorable.
My exploration inspiration
Lately I got inspired by the story of Willem Barentsz surviving on Novaya Zemlya. We are all familiar with the story, but getting into the details, imagining people surviving in extreme conditions in the 16th century, is incredibly inspiring.
My dream adventure
I am always trying to make my dreams come true as soon as possible. Last year was very productive and I was lucky enough to combine my work and travel to all the destinations I dreamed about lately: I circumnavigated Svalbard, went hiking in South Tyrol, and bikepacking in Patagonia.
